Audio, a notoriously much easier record to alter than text on paper.
After all, the constitution is written on paper and that got never changed, so his point is totally valid.^/s^
I think his point may be he can't cast the magic spells that depend on capitalization, but I could be wrong.
He's not the one capitalising though, maybe the stenographer isn't on his side
