Audio, a notoriously much easier record to alter than text on paper.

After all, the constitution is written on paper and that got never changed, so his point is totally valid.^/s^

I think his point may be he can't cast the magic spells that depend on capitalization, but I could be wrong.

He's not the one capitalising though, maybe the stenographer isn't on his side

One of the reasons for these idiots to carry on like they do is that courts will bend over backward for parties representing themselves. "Procedure" really is one of the more esoteric parts of the law, and the one least applicable in everyday life, so judges will read this garbage and try to pick through it for SOME semblance of a sensible request. This means that the SovCit gets their documents filed, gets their day in court, and very occasionally even gets something that feels like a win, whether that's some relief, the usual traffic cop who can't be arsed to show up to testify, or a prosecutor whose docket is too full up to deal with this shit again. In their minds, it's all magic anyway, so if their magic gets some result, even temporary, they feel like they were right to go to Hogwarts after all.

And sometimes, they were simply in the right, and the judge just as to grimace and apply the law to a complete moron who still has the right, even if they're spouting bullshit.

And far more often, they don't get relief, but in their post they say they did, for the likes.

If it's like a mayor's court or whatever it's not an Article 3 court, so he's at least got that right.
