I keep hearing all these bikers saying that Anya left but nobody seems to know where she went anya-heh

She's trapped in the frozen river you have to find her, portal back to town to get the magic potion to unfreeze her. Afterwards she opens the portal to nilhithaks temple because it was he who froze her
