MODERATORS
On the surface, yes, and I'm not against punishment for people who ride their bikes like dicks, however I'd argue it's really not the same because most of the world is designed for cars first and foremost, for bicycles, not so much, and that makes the equivalency kind of hard to argue. Like how much do you, as a cyclist, have to expect someone to play crossing the street entirely be ear and step into your path, especially on things like MUPs or all the garbage infrastructure provided for cycling?
Like my honest condolences some fixie moron killed your wife because he figured he's too cool for brakes, and hell you can think this, but the state should not listen to this, because it's basically a conspiracy theory
