Write note down in notebook.

Walk away and forget about where i left the notebook.

Try to figure out where notebook is.

Can't find it.

Several months pass.

Find book, forget i wrote anything in it.

Put notebook into cabinet.

Forget about it again.

Rinse and repeat.
