That's still India by the looks of it. Nepal to the east of the east-most line. And the Punjab (India) to the west of the west-most line. Looks like northern North production could be in Kashmir, though.

yeah, you're right, that actually looks like uttar pradesh. literally its borders, including the two "legs" at the bottom and the horn at the top...
