I hate that everything now is a subscription service instead of buying it and do whatever you want.

Business class laser printers are where it's at. I don't get why people still buy inkjets.

It really does depend on the quantity you print and what you are printing. Some like my self only print a few pages a year. Ink also gives a much better finish when it comes to photo printing.

I just use Kinkos or the local drug store for the rare photo print. Let them worry about their inkjet drying.

Some guys recommended epson inkjet a3 color printer for small business that doesnt print much, we got it and so far so good. Buying ink in bottles and its much cheaper than laser one we have (cannon). Prints bit slower, but thats it, we had 0 problems in 5 months. It does connect to epson cloud, but only to save scans to dropbox, can work with no cloud.

Lot of people recommend brother laser, but that was more expensive. Will see in 5 years if we made a mistake ๐Ÿ˜„

The cheap up front cost and recognizable brands makes people who don't know any better think theyre getting a bargain

We spent $25 Canadian on a printer and it lasted two years before running out of ink. Is a laser printer more affordable than that?

They are cheaper in price ! Like in my country you get them for 20 dollars us !
