"allowed to sue" just means they can try it - doesn't mean they've actually got a shot. Let's see what their case looks like...

Not gonna say it won't work, cuz our courts are dumb as shit sometimes, but she's literally asking a judge to enforce her religion on another student. That's unconstitutional as fuck.

Petitioner is a practicing bigot who wants to abuse secular courts to force everyone to follow the rules set out in their favorite fan fiction.

Any judge siding with petitioner would be in violation of their oath to uphold the constitution and as such should be immediately impeached, disrobed* and disbarred.

*no, not in that way, ya perv! 😛

9. No link shorteners.
