to be fair, kissing/washing someone’s feet when they enter your home is a very ancient practice among jews. its used in stories/art as a metaphor for atonement or being humbled. it shows up in a couple different places in the Torah, as well as the christian gospels
this art isn’t meant to be sexual, its just a fantasy of one day having the colonised apologise to the settlers for being in the way of their slaughter
I agree with everything you said, except it's possible for this to be an ancient practice among Jews and that this is clearly still meant to be a sexual image.
