As a millenial almost 40.... Its not that bad if you do something daily, some yoga everyday can be enough
I'm at the stage where if I sit around too much it starts to hurt, but if I make healthy choices and exercise everything is still fine. It's like my body requires healthy choices. Wasn't like that before.
Same and some days I’ll go “I’m staying in bed all day today and not leaving for shit”
I’ll order a pizza and get comfy then regret it later that night when I’m sore as shit and have bad reflux
Like your body wasnt maintained ok all the time but now he says: Look at me, i am the demander of maintanence now
I'm 40 and pretty much everything about my body feels better than 10 years ago.
