Honestly, when I speak to people about these scenarios; something a lot of people forget is gas-lines rupturing. It's cool to picture yourself a l33t urban-commando; not cool to picture yourself getting blown up because a ding dong shot a gas line while trying to rob a house and lights a Winnie right after.
