We decided that everyone in the team is allowed to approve changes. If no one has reviewed your change within 24 hours you are allowed to approve it yourself. It will usually come up in the daily sync that a self approval is imminent, which usually leads to someone taking a look.

What game should a group of around 15 colleagues play to get the most out of 3 hours after work at an internet cafe?

It's a mixed group of gamers and non gamers, and we want everyone to have a good time.

I'm thinking something where we can divide us into two teams and quite quickly get some enjoyment out of it even if most haven't played it before.

I don't worry about money since the treatment is free and sick people get money from the government during recovery.
