I don't think they fit the same niche. I played transport fever 2 and its transport tycoon with a coat of paint. Cities 2 is a completely different focus.

I really hope transport fever 3 focuses of more city design because i hate cities 2 so much and would love to see it fail.

You dont have it with any systems because youre running grub most likely. Systemd boot can skip that entire process and start everything up in parallel.

Use systemd-analyze blame to see what's making your boottime take so long. Its likely spending ages trying to mount a drive or something.

Ive got 16gb of vram 2k monitor and this tracks pretty accurately. I almost never use over 8gb. The only games that I can break 10gb are games where I can enable a setting (designed for old PCs) where I can load all the textures into vram.

Not really. The optimizations arent rocket science and distros implement them already.

Most op strat is rimworld is to reanimate the corpses outside your walls. Then in the middle of the battle reanime all the new and old corpses again.

I have a flatmate who is making the switch from windows 10 to linux and I Fedora is a distro that I trust to provide a good stable experience. I however use Nobara which comes with all the gaming related tweaks already done. I dont want to recomend Nobara because its package management is intuitive.

The changes i think I need to make is, remove fedora flatpak store. Enable non free software repo. Install proprietary nvidia driver. Install steam, wine, lutris, heroic store.

Is there anything that is required for a smooth Fedora gaming experience?

I saw this picture while looking at overclocking guides and I wondered if I may have my power setup incorrectly. My GPU is currently connected exactly like the don't do this diagram.
