I bought some horchata mix and it was a shadow of what I got in Costa Rica, so be wary.
Yup, we've played every Borderlands game, It Takes Two, Palworld, Rotwood, PlateUp, LEGO Harry Potter, Deep Rock Galactic, Outward, Stardew Valley, Cult of the Lamb, Sea of Thieves, Baldur's Gate 3, Grounded, Don't Starve Together.... We also play other 'competitive' games co-op against bots, like in Beyond All Reason, Marvel Rivals, Overwatch, and Predecessor. I could go on but I could list games for a while. Discord is remarkable. It has seamless video streaming from your desktop or apps to any number of watchers, with multiple peopld being able to stream at once. Paired with voice chat, it's perfect for group gaming sessions, movie showings, desktop troubleshooting, video chat, etc. Besides some issues with input devices, it's always worked flawlessly for me. Plus, obviously, a persistent server for chat.
And the fact that it's fast, resource-light, and free are just the icing on the cake.

The piles of money were as high as we expected, but really we wanted them to be higher
I'd say BotW has less complexity for sure. TotK adds in a fusion system to its core gameplay, not only for vehicles but for weapons and your shield.
I loved BotW's story, atmosphere, combat... It just had an unmatched sense of wonder. TotK is great but didn't recapture the magic to the same degree.
