You're hilarious, if you weren't shitting on people being bombed I'd never block you.

It's actually hilarious when you zoom their test images and try to see how much more clothes the emperor has with them newfangled ai clothes.

Fuck you, Ubi. Apart from all your shitty practices, it's a 15-hour game that's 40€ with a 50€ complete edition and cosmetics bullshit. That shit won't fly anymore. I might get it in two years when it's 10€, but only if your kill your launcher as a requirement.

edit: also, it came out a month ago. Learn to suck on the long tail of sales before you sacrifice your employees to Chtulhu, they'll just make their own vaguely middle eastern platformers in Unity or UE and make more money than your shitty company.

It's a win for humanity if it causes more people to leave and stop thinking it's a public forum.

I use only Firefox / Fennec, but fuck Mozilla. The obscene amounts they paid their CEO for stupid decisions, their shitty Pocket acquisition, regressions such as saving page as pdf simply disappearing on mobile. Let that rotten corporation die, the code is open source, someone will do a Gecko browser.

in the absence of alternatives, there are enormous economic incentives for advertisers to try to bypass these countermeasures, leading to a perpetual arms race that we may not win

Fuck off with that defeatist shit Mozilla, don't decide for us.

  • Firefox with ublock and a normal engine

  • Newpipe for downloading stuff off YT

  • OSMand for offline navigation

  • f-droid for foss software

  • Rethink to carefully ban everything that doesn't need internet from connecting

  • a phone with a nice amoled screen and all-day quickcharging battery that costs 180€ (motorola g52)

  • not one ad anywhere

a better question is, why would I want anything else? An iphone seems like a sharp downgrade.

definitely reduces my loyalty to the platform

You are either paying the subscription or not, your inner states mean nothing to them or us.

Many older and/or casual gamers who've stopped following gaming and are living under the idiomatic rock would absolutely love a steam deck. And a significant portion of those would find it an upgrade over their laptop for Office and shit.

That's great news, I'm really digging the slow downfall.

I am noticing your post, but I file it as part of the "anecdotal generalizations" trend
