The first time I ever heard of this was in the game Dinkum. That was when I discovered Australians apparently say "hundreds and thousands" to refer to what we call sprinkles. I appreciate most of our little differences but that one puzzles me.
splurging on rotisserie chicken
You mean those cheap chickens they sell at grocery stores that can feed you for days?
lmao I used to buy cheap lawn decorations at the thrift store and place them in my grandparents' lawn. I got several dozen items in before they caught me lol
I'm straight so anything that gets my dick hard is a woman.
What the fuck is with women hating men sleeping? I left multiple women because they hit me over a sleep-related event. My brother got hit with a hammer and divorced over it. My friend's sister would bang pots to wake him up if there was anything left unfinished by the time he went to sleep.
Fucking nutters out here.
Even for Windows, as shit as it is, this seems hard to believe.
I dated a Chinese student at university. She seemed alright until somehow the topic of Tibet came up, and then she went full tankie describing how the Tibetan people were nearly subhuman, living terrible lives with no ability to care for themselves.
I've heard people say similar shit about indigenous Americans and yeah I think it's safe to say that you cannot understate the dangers of propaganda and nationalism.

Going from game port to USB with "plug and play" was a huge deal man. Not having to manually assign IRQ to get your audio working too lol. That said, there is still one thing that was cursed in the old days and remains cursed now: printers. Fuck printers.
Audiophile equipment is just magic crystal bullshit for pseudointellectuals.
A lot of new users are coming to Linux not because they like tinkering with their setup but because they are tired of Microsoft tinkering with their setup. For these people Arch will probably never be the answer. That's ok, we should encourage all Linux adoption and the best way to do that is to start with the simple and familiar.
The fact that there is a snack that you warm on a cup of coffee but don't dip in it (so as not to change the texture of either) is one of the most Dutch things I've ever heard of lol.
I'm partial to biscotti myself but I'll admit a good stroopwafel is nice.
