When my kids were young, we got a copy of this book one Father's Day, which came with a coffee cup emblazoned with 'He's alright my Dad'. It was one of my most prized possessions, and I was a bit heartbroken when I dropped it and broke it.

I would have probably stated it something like "We rejct the the null hypothesis that my father is not a good dad with a p value of [(insert prefered p value criterion, for example, if you pick 95%, then say 0.97 \pm 0.01 or something)]"
