Well the core of what he is saying is that "hotness" is socially constructed. It is contingent on one's context, how they act within its constraints, and the tides of history, rather than being some essential innate attribute.
In other words: Sydney Sweeney's genes are adequate for survival, apparently, and we can't say much more.
