As much as I generally dislike Newsom, this is obviously a parody, and it's backed by the actual action he's been publicly detailing. This is one case of establishment Democrats credibly threatening to actually do something.

This tweet is just trolling. The mechanism to redistrict is already in motion. My only fear is that we (California) might only be trying to offset the five seats. What I want to see is IF the red states drop redistricting nothing happens, but if they go ahead with it then California takes all nine. Because fuck them.
