I believe he is suggesting Israel did it, they could have had a hand in it, helping to encourage some Wayward sold to do it online. I do not have any cogent argument for why Israel would do it but I haven't looked yet.
What is clear Beyond doubt is that Israel is directly Allied to the far right including to Nazis. They see the left as their enemy. It's not a secret. Read what the Israeli news is telling people for a bit then tell me that's wrong.
