Stealing SorosFootSoldier's idea from the games forum. I did specifically anime movies for this one, but do what you want - mix of TV, OVAs, Movies, whatever! Throw in tokusatsu, ZZ Gundam, Pingu, or other non-anime? Sure!
Bottom 3 are what arguably got me into anime (but honestly I feel like Bleach should be replaced with Yugioh because my path into anime as a child was definitely Sailor Moon > Yugioh > Naruto > Bleach lmao) - either way, without them I would've never seen the top 3 (which rank in my all time favorites). Middle 3 are also arguably some of my all-time favorites (WHY haven't I submitted any Lupin emotes oh my god)
Sailor Moon and Yugioh, despite their sketch original English dubs, are totally legit! They're classics for a reason.
I would never trash Yugioh or Sailor Moon - they're both near and dear to my heart as someone who used to watch the dubs every morning/saturday morning on Toonami and Kids WB™ from like 2000-2006 lmao. The fact they're undisputed classics though is really what I was getting at - almost feels pointless to include them (and Bleach/YYH) but I can never not mention Sailor Moon whenever someone asks me about anime because it always provides me an opportunity to reminisce about how my dad was so upset whenever I discovered it & started watching it religiously as a 7yo boy to the point where he dismembered and buried the Sailor Moon action figure I'd begged my grandmother to buy me in our backyard. Joke's on him though because all that effort was for naught because my ass still turned out to be a bisexual twink and I still know all the words to the goddamn Power of Love song from the Sailor Moon R dub despite last watching it literally 15+ years ago lmao. 
In retrospect I should've definitely put Zatch Bell before Bleach though because I was definitely catching the dub of that on Toonami back in 2005 before Bleach's dub had even started airing and was obsessed - but the same goes for like 60% of the shows broadcast on Toonami during that era (like 2003-2008)!!

I wanted to like Twelve Kingdoms so much, but it never lasted long enough to justify the prolific world building.
Meanwhile, Berserk and Record of Lodoss War gave me the high drama of a fantasy world that I crave without just kinda leaving me hanging in the end.
Also, a special place in my heart is reserved for The Vision of Escaflowne.
Double plus also, a slightly smaller but still not insignificant place for Scrapped Princess.
I've always thought the Twelve Kingdoms promo art looks fantastic but I haven't seen it yet.

I'm trying to finish the two long manga I've been working on, Gundam: the Origin and Lone Wolf and Cub, before I start reading Berserk because I'm afraid I'll be absorbed by it.
