I don't know whether it is real or not, but you have to consider that there are people who send fake tips. Not every tip is legit.
It needs to be investigated further.
If there's a bunch of unverified/hoax shit in the tranche without context it's going to make the whole thing worthless. That's what I'd run with if I was trying to get away with this kind of exposure at least

But if you open the PDF the OP is from, you will find that document was properly redacted, and you can't get the hidden info that way.
