It’s why I wouldn’t mind if my country had age restrictions or outright bans on social media. Most people are too tech illiterate to figure out how to navigate outside of those apps.
The problem with the age restrictions is that it does nothing to actually stop things. The kids can't make a facebook account, but they can browse 4Chan.

I'm not particularly knowledgeable on the topic, hopefully someone else can explain or link something more in-depth. But just based on personal experience, have you seen the youtube or twitter algorithms, etc? They basically hand feed you reactionary far-right content regardless of your usage habits. It probably only takes a few minutes within making a new account and clicking on/viewing the content that is shown or recommended to you for it to start showing you reactionary content. And if you interact with those in any way, it will start giving you more and more.

This can only end well in the same way nazi g*rmany was dealt with. Fascists can't be stopped by words, they don't share basic ethical values and see other people as subhuman. It's a shame, really. But what other way of stopping this social perversion is there?
Nazi Germany wasn't even dealt with. It was integrated into the US NATO apparatus. De-nazification is a myth, the Nuremberg Trials were a limited hangout only done at the insistence of Stalin.
If you want to know how to actually decolonize and denazify, you instead have to look at how DPRK handled Japanese and American collaborators via the Songbun system. Those who betrayed the country are expressly blocked and forbidden from gaining any political or economic power for the rest of their lives, their families also blocked until they prove that they are loyal revolutionaries through service and deed.
If you go to public school in Germany you are literally taught that one of the main factors for the rise of nazism was that pro-monarchy judges from the German Empire got to keep their government offices in the Weimar Republic and blocked all social progress they possibly could
