He wants to turn the big ice into bigly running good water

[-] Damarcusart@hexbear.net 80 points 3 weeks ago

Crash out Trump is the funniest Trump.

[-] GoodGuyWithACat@hexbear.net 14 points 3 weeks ago

We need to start using TACO Trump to get him to collapse NATO.

REMEMBER GREENLAND.

~~Remember the Alamo.~~

THAT BIG, POORLY RUN, PIECE OF ICE!!!

That really makes me laugh. What a nutjob Trump is.

[-] InevitableSwing@hexbear.net 52 points 3 weeks ago

I found this in a Bluesky thread about Trump being emo.

Cut my Strait into pieces. This is my last transport.
Suffocation, no petro

[-] AFineWayToDie@hexbear.net 26 points 3 weeks ago

Don't give a fuck if I cut funding to NATO

[-] ClathrateG@hexbear.net 49 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago)

Thank you for your attention to this Allah

[-] someone@hexbear.net 44 points 3 weeks ago

I still think he's obsessed with Greenland because he's too stupid to understand mercator projection.

[-] InevitableSwing@hexbear.net 11 points 3 weeks ago

Me too. It's right on brand for Trump believing only he understands something despite the reality that all the facts, logic, information, and data say he's wrong. Starting from when he was a kid - he saw Greenland was really, really big. He knows it's true. It doesn't matter what anybody else says!

I'm glad half the fascists in the country don't understand that NATO is the US

[-] hellinkilla@hexbear.net 33 points 3 weeks ago

and nato was his nameo

[-] mickey@hexbear.net 33 points 3 weeks ago

Has Isn'trael been jawboning about starting hostilities with Turkiye? That'll be a real test for the alliance.

[-] plinky@hexbear.net 33 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago)

But what is richly run piece of ice?

Maybe titanic iceberg, the unsung direct action hero of atlantic 🙏1911-1912🙏

[-] mickey@hexbear.net 34 points 3 weeks ago

They say the Titanic sunk because it hit an iceberg, but how come no ice chunks are found at the wreckage site on the sea floor? Wake up chumps!

[-] peeonyou@hexbear.net 20 points 3 weeks ago

:chefs-kiss:

[-] hellinkilla@hexbear.net 25 points 3 weeks ago

unfortunately the might of global empire has apparently been applied to making sure no iceberg will ever threaten a ship ever again. i guess the whole century has been in vengeance for the titanic.

Someone tell him Greenland is blocking the northwest passage

[-] GoodGuyWithACat@hexbear.net 25 points 3 weeks ago

I feel bad for Greenland, but if it's between them or Cuba getting invaded next...

[-] Keld@hexbear.net 20 points 3 weeks ago

What, pray tell, have the inuits done?

[-] Evilphd666@hexbear.net 12 points 3 weeks ago

good-lord Northern Lights

[-] ComradeRat@hexbear.net 12 points 3 weeks ago

Just an fyi, inuit is already plural (singular is inuk)

[-] Keld@hexbear.net 11 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago)

That is true, but inuit writers when writing in other languages will use "Inuits" (English) or "Inuitter" (Danish).

Like if sermitsiaq uses it, it has to be at least colloquially accepted. But you're right that proper use of Kalaallisut in English would be inuk/inuit

[-] doleo@lemmy.one 23 points 3 weeks ago

See, that's the problem with naming your private militia 'ICE'. And insisting on typing in all caps. It's a bit like Kojima insisting on calling characters things like "tomorrow". Is Greenland already under the control of ICE? Can you really see me, tomorrow?

[-] Bazell@lemmy.zip 21 points 3 weeks ago

Imagine being a president of another country and being forced to sit with him in 1 room on an international meeting.

[-] Kefla@hexbear.net 32 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago)

Tbh they probably don't mind. He's such a manipulable, weak-willed, cowardly loser that they probably love the opportunity to rewrite his entire brain/worldview for a while. Worst case nothing changes because the people who normally surround him rewrite his brain again before he can do anything, best case he does something beneficial to you because you convinced him it would Make America Great Again™

The only ones who seem to truly suffer in his presence are other weak-willed losers like Zelensky

"Wow, this is so genuine. our guy is so close to caving, I bet if we don't rock the boat and refrain from supporting any of our strategic partners in any way, Agent Krasnov will make Zelenskyy give us Donetsk"
