You'll probably want Dolphin standalone for Colors though or maybe the PC port that I genuinely know nothing about other than I think people were disappointed with some model lighting changes or something.
I'd probably do the PC port.

Seriously Sonic CD is great, but you have to understand where the game was coming from and how you should play it.

I like Sonic Adventure 2 but just for the chao and some of the Sonic/Shadow levels. I have spent hundreds of hours just raising chao.

The Ooze is a Sega Technical Institute US game. Inthink Sony president Mark Cerny worked on it. I gues plugging it in the special S&K cartridge grants binus stages.
