I'm talking like instead of metaphors or analogies, buildings and entire cities are in fact their own sort of constructed organisms and colonies of organisms.

I'd just ask which opening I should come in through, same as my girlfriend. Obviously.

I mean, can we have sex with them?

Probably about the same as regular buildings tbh. If it was normalised I wouldn't bat an eye at it. Having buildings made of something like coral sounds pretty rad tbh

As long as the little brick box that is my dispensary wants to sell weed as much as I do, we're good. I'd greet it heartily and and feed it edibles.

Like sentient organism? A building made of flesh who have thoughts? I will stay very far from any cities.

[-] ALostInquirer@lemm.ee 5 points 1 year ago

Not necessarily made of flesh, just alive in some strange way that's apparent. Think something more along the lines of plantlife.

Tree with intelligence? I don't see any reason why this trees accepts to be buildings, there will be no benefit from them to having us around.

I want you to do it. C'mon, hit me! Hit me, hit me! C'mon, HIT ME!

so like house mimics? I'd bring fire.

Hmm, well if you have friendly forms of them I suppose you'd also have the odd pests and hostile forms, so that's not a bad response. Speaking of, if you had lamp mimics you'd have a hell of frustrating time keeping your place lit.

Although I was thinking more in terms of domesticated, benign forms of living buildings/structures.
