Really special that they're getting a racketeering charge for this, what did they even do money wise

RICo is sketchy even by US standards. It's right up there with the gang enhancement laws that are just like Well, there are two black kids on the same block, so they're members of an illegal street gang and we're going to arrest them and charge them with a felony because one of them has a cousin they haven't talked to in years who did a burglary last month and what are they going to do, afford lawyers?"

"Law and order" they call it. Charging people with a crime because they freely associated. : p

Anarchism has been criminalized for 180 years, so it's a bit late. As a statement goes I give it like a 7/10. Hits the main points but pretty wordy for it's amount of content.

Uft.

Idk, It kinda feels like they don't fully understand their role in history, their relation to the state, and the stakes.

I think it's targeted at liberal allies who value freedom of assembly and speech, trying to get them to aid the anarchist cause. Anarchists already view the kkkourts as illegitimate.

That is a good point I had not considered.

We've got a fairly good track record of fighting and beating this shit through brave activists refusing to take plea deals and movement lawyers supporting them through these charges pro-bono

That's probably one of the wackiest things I've ever seen.

Yeah, the state has thrown up flimsy conspiracy cases before, but this one takes the cake
