Not sure if chlorine haze or green highlighter
Who needs Photoshop when you have MS Paint?
Are we sure it's edited and they didn't just spray paint that part of the window green?
Coloring book be like.
They didn’t even stay within the lines!
Notice what?
The “grass”
The grass looks great to me
What grass?
"Hey mom! I cut the grass!"
The grass is the obvious issue but what is up what that fence? Why even have one at that point? What are they keeping out? Foliage?
It's keeping the chlorine gas in, obviously.
Even a small barrier will slow an advancing army enough to give defending forces the advantage. It's more difficult to step over obstructions like these when you're on the march in full armour and if you want to being supply carts, siege engines, etc. through then you'll have to break a hole in the barrier.
Here is one IRL: Mountain gets a green makeover - with paint
Bloody hell 30k? For paint? Villagers were right, use that money for actual investment into shrubs and trees.
There are companies that actually dye your grass green in the US. Very handy if you are caught between a municipal law that forbids watering the lawn and a wacky HOA that DeMaNdS the lawn to be green, or else!
Wait, HOA statutes beat state law in the US? wow..
They don't beat them as such. The law only says that you are not allow to water your lawn. The HOA just fines you for letting the grass "deteriorate". They don't care about why it deteriorates, as long as they can fine you.
Flawless.
Photoshop god level editing
Wow, really? How about some water and fertilizer? Or better yet let it go wild and get them bee's having a ladies night on those flowers!
"Beautiful back yard, just make sure to wear your respirator so you don't inhale the demonic miasma that was ground zero for the zombie outbreak."
What, doesn't your grass blur over the walls and the fence?
Yes, I live in a Bethesda game
The grass is greener over the fence
Is this real?
No, it's painted
Listen here your little shit...

The badrealestatepics account on Instagram posted it 4 years ago but I can’t find a listing. Might be too old. There’s tons of poorly photoshopped estate agent photos out there though.
It's just grown tall. And wide.
Good gravy that’s bad.
I've seen these posts in the wilds of redfin but never this bad.
The grass is greener on the other side
Unfortunately for them, the market has cooled. People will want to go see the house first. Two years ago, they would have 10 offers above asking in the first few hours.
Regardless of the market buying houses without looking at them first is a recipe to get an absolute disaster of a property.
Dunno where you live but the market has not cooled on the north east coast. Offers 100k over asking minimum, no conditions, as is.
The grass looks fine behind the fence! Why are they painting over it?
Well there used to be the kiss of death from a old site but now it's from lemmy !
Can't see the picture due to too high traffic!
Terrible Estate Agent Photos
Terrible photos listed by estate agents/realtors that are so bad they’re funny.
Posting guidelines.
Posts in this community must be of property (inside or out) listed for sale which contains a terrible element. “Terrible” can refer to:
-
the photo itself (finger over the lens, too far away, people in the shot, bad Photoshop, etc.)
-
the property (weird layout, questionable plumbing, unsound structure, etc.)
-
the interior (carpeted bathrooms, awful taste interiors, weird mannequins/taxidermies/art, inflatable pools indoors, etc.)
-
the actual listing itself including unusual descriptions and unrealistic pricing. However, this isn’t a community to discuss the housing market in general. This is a comedic community - let’s keep it light.
-
Photos can be sourced from anywhere and be any age, but please check they haven’t already been posted.
-
Censor any names/contact details of private individuals.
-
Mark the post NSFW if it includes nudity or sensitive content
Rules.
This community follows the rules of the feddit.uk instance and the lemmy.org code of conduct. I’ve summarised them here:
- Be civil, remember the human.
- No insulting or harassing other members. That includes name-calling.
- Respect differences of opinion. Civil discussion/debate is fine, arguing is not. Criticise ideas, not people.
- Keep unrequested/unstructured critique to a minimum.
- Remember we have all chosen to be here voluntarily. Respect the spent time and effort people have spent creating posts in order to share something they find amusing with you.
- Swearing in general is fine, swearing to insult another commenter isn’t.
- No racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia or any other type of bigotry.
- No incitement of violence or promotion of violent ideologies.
