When money was free during 2020 lots of companies started doing "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" stuff like hiring people whose job it was to teach their employees how to not be racist.
But now money's not free anymore so the capitalists' "commitment" to anti-racism is now over, and a lot of companies are scaling back or eliminating their DEI efforts.
Wonder if the recent Muskian push against DEI might be just manufacturing consent for getting rid of these programs
