Guy's just a reskin of Orko from He-Man.
And He-Man is just a reskin of the infinitely cooler Thundarr the Barbarian.
I am devestated to learn that Orko actually came first as I did not think so. But I stand by my post anyway.
The lil solid yellow beads instead of the black pupils Orko have is a strong improvement. And I prefer the simplicity of the blue cloak with no symbol, and the simple hat.
