I don't really have a lot to say here. I'm trans now, I've been posting in the trans mega for a few weeks now, most of our trans userbase has probably noticed by now, but you probably wouldn't know if you didn't notice the pronoun change or looked at the trans mega, but yeah

I'm a girl now

You don't have to make a new account to be trans on hexbear but honestly I felt like I wanted something else. Ho_Chi_Chungus is a good username (and no you can't have it if you want, sorry) but like, I really wanted an unmistakably trans femme username. This more than anything I'm feeling really hesitant about because it's comically over the top but uhh, yeah

well, i thought about this question long and hard for the past 4 hours at work because it was bugging me, and actually i think as a kid i was basically just agender non binary who said they were a boy because that's what everyone told them. that wasn't a young boy or girl, but just a very sad, lost, hurt child. they weren't ready for gender yet

Hey congrats!

Speaking from experience, it's worth creating a new account for such matters. I had one from back in the chapo.chat days and I sacrificed it because it was a pseudonym deadname. This name's better than the old one anyways.

yeah idk how to even say it but the old name just felt... masc? i mean it was partially a man's name in it, come to think of it. idk, even if it says "she/her" next to the old username it still feels like a he/him one? so now i have (arguably) the most transfemme username on the site :3
