"well that's not realistic anaddomy :(" bro it's a cartoon. there's this one called evangelion where giant fucking monsters come down from space and these kids have to get in 400 foot tall robots to fight them. that's not realistic either. who cares. shut up
the point of it isn't "oh wow this isn't ridiculous" they're just having a nice time. this came from a fan of the show

I don't think this weird nerd is actually complaining. I think they're basically saying "humans can't kick out behind themselves, horses can, these human-shaped horse girls can too, isn't that weird/neat?"

I was so confused by why leg angle was something this person had chosen to focus on, and then I read it was about horse girls and somehow it made sense.
Her leg is turned outward too, a side kick like this is pretty easily achievable in karate or whatever.
