Hell yeah, congratulations! I'm on day two and I hate it. I've got half a bottle of really nice mezcal left and all I want to do is finish it
Give it to someone who'd get joy out of it, since you'd only feel shame if you used it.
If you ever need an ear or wanna chat about it just hit me up! Wishing you the best in this endeavor
Is it weird that I just don't feel any different? I've read all this stuff about physical or mental withdrawal and I just don't have any of it in what's supposed to be the peak? Like, I'm just kinda bored. I feel significantly more of a difference stopping smoking weed than drinking
I didn't either TBH.
congrats! i hope I can do that eventually
If you ever need an ear, holler!
thanks homie. i've made a lot of progress and I love seeing success stories like yours. for me at least it's a process and maybe we'll get there eventually

A community which focusses on improving yourself. This can be in many different ways - from improving physical health or appearance, to improving mental health, creating better habits, overcoming addictions, etc.
While material circumstances beyond our control do govern much of our daily lives, people do have agency and choices to make, whether that is as "simple" as disciplining yourself to not doomscroll, to as complex as recreating yourself to have many different hobbies and habits.
This is not a place where all we do is talk about improving "productivity" (in a workplace context) and similar terms and harmful lifestyles like "grindset". Self-improvement here is intended to make you a generally better and happier person, as well as a better communist, and any other roles you may have in your life.
