Where can I find this infectious femboy material? So I can avoid it of course.

[-] th3f4ult@lemmy.blahaj.zone 18 points 2 years ago

I get my skirts from SHEIN, it's the best because it's cheap and as a femboy you will probably not wear them 24/7.

(I do NOT get paid by SHEIN)

I understand the sentiment of not wanting to pay much money for clothes you don't wear much, but SHEIN is an especially bad fast fashion brand with horrible working conditions and sometimes even toxic chemicals in the clothing. Just google SHEIN toxic, you'll find several sources

based

(I don't care about "fast fashion" and just see it as cheap disposable clothes)

[-] I_am_10_squirrels@beehaw.org 18 points 2 years ago

Clothes should not be disposable

[-] desktop_user@lemmy.blahaj.zone 0 points 2 years ago

all clothes are disposable, some just last longer than others.

[-] Num10ck@lemmy.world 8 points 2 years ago

i think they were hoping for media that was so motivating as to make them question themselves.

I'm a femboy on the inside, but a dad on the outside. I wish I was a femboy on the outside with a dad inside me, though.

[-] I_am_10_squirrels@beehaw.org 8 points 2 years ago

Only a dad can truly fill the hole.

In your heart.

So femboys are not trans, yes? I accidentally called a femboy dude and felt bad about it, but then I was like, "wait, no, they're just a boy who likes girly stuff, it's OK to call them dude, right?"

I'd ask them but don't want to be rude(r).

[-] th3f4ult@lemmy.blahaj.zone 27 points 2 years ago

Well MOST femboys don't identify as trans women, some of them do, not to be confused with transmasc femboys, They also exist.

[-] FartsWithAnAccent@fedia.io 11 points 2 years ago

Guess I'll have to ask and apologize if I misgendered them. Thanks!

[-] Num10ck@lemmy.world 13 points 2 years ago

'Dude' as a term is losing its gender anyway.

[-] FartsWithAnAccent@fedia.io 4 points 2 years ago

I'm all for it.

"You guys" too.

[-] zaph@sh.itjust.works 13 points 2 years ago

Wait is dude gendered now??

[-] FartsWithAnAccent@fedia.io 9 points 2 years ago

Some people think so, but I'm all for it being used to refer to anyone.

[-] julianh@lemm.ee 3 points 2 years ago

Depends on the person. I tend to use "guys" and "dudes" as gender neutral and nobody's ever corrected me, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

[-] th3f4ult@lemmy.blahaj.zone 14 points 2 years ago

Me fr (I wish, I actually don't know any irl femboys)

[-] Evil_Shrubbery@lemm.ee 27 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago)

[-] lessthanluigi@lemmy.world 24 points 2 years ago

Cause I'm a material femboy, in a material world!

[-] joyjoy@lemm.ee 7 points 2 years ago

It's a femboy world

[-] bownage@beehaw.org 21 points 2 years ago

I keep telling my cis male friends to wear feminine clothes but they never listen :(

[-] Monument@lemmy.sdf.org 11 points 2 years ago

Tell them the ultimate expression of masculinity is confidence and security in themselves regardless of societal expectations.

And then get their measurements, just in case you see something good on sale.

[-] uriel238@lemmy.blahaj.zone 13 points 2 years ago

owo face is a symptom of transmissibility.

[-] general_kitten@sopuli.xyz 11 points 2 years ago

[-] th3f4ult@lemmy.blahaj.zone 3 points 2 years ago

[-] Kowowow@lemmy.ca 7 points 2 years ago
