I do have some words but 
Sanitation, Hospitals, Schools, Shelters, Water, Electricity. Nothing is off limits. "International Law" is completely toothless and unenforceable.
If a time traveler from today went back maybe as recently as 10 years or so and told the circa 2014 era me that Israeli soldiers would be on the internet openly celebrating their war crimes on video - I wouldn't have believed them at all.
