Man, sucks this doesn't pack the stands. It's not flashy or exciting, but olympic sharpshooters are just as incredible as any other athletes. But if they are successful nothing happens. There is a noise and a small hole appears, and that is the culmination of years of theory and training and incredible achievements in material science. Not much of a spectacle for the crowd, but they deserve cheering and laurels.
there are a lot of sports that are fun & difficult as hell to do but boring as fuck to watch. this is why BJJ will never be in the olympics
i bet if they went away from smokeless powder it'd draw more of a crowd. could still use revolvers for multiple shots
