These are almost exactly the same but it looks like the second has a few small supply sites not present in the first. It would also help to know the strategic value of a city one is considering moving to, as well as that of any rinfrastructure, geographical features, etc.

There won't be a strategic nuclear exchange if the RF just nukes a non-NATO country in response to Zelensky's implicit threats of acquiring a nuke from benefactors in the latest big screed of his.

There will be a limited exchange of tac nukes or something. Isn't that nice?
