Only people that have never played heals well say that.

A good healer? You aren't bottoming, you're the center of a team, keeping the pace and flow.

A bad healer, you're chasing around a step behind the flow, watching your team go down.

As a bottom, I assure you, most of the time I'm the one setting the pace

[-] southsamurai@sh.itjust.works 11 points 1 week ago

That is a very valid point :)

Oh my! :: blush ::

[-] GBU_28@lemm.ee 10 points 1 week ago

Either gimp supreme or power bottom

[-] Drusas@fedia.io 26 points 1 week ago

That IS a fair point...

don't know what youre playing but in my exp healers are the babysitters to a bunch of monkeys who are looking for fun ways to die

I don't know what relationships you've seen but bottoms can absolutely be the caretakers.

eh only bad healers feel like that. when I play overwatch and a really good mercy is on my team she feels like a deity, not a bottom. omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent.

[-] GBU_28@lemm.ee 3 points 1 week ago

Power bottom

[-] troglodytis@lemmy.world 14 points 1 week ago

Um.. bottoms like bottoming. Healers like healing. Why should it not be said? Love your truth

Thank you, I feel seen

IME healers are competitive, uptight, and bossy. So if so, they’re definitely mega brats who can’t help topping from the bottom.

Edit: it’s me. I’m the asshole healer. Do you want to win or not?

Healers aren't tops or bottoms. They're overworked help desk employees.

I was in a Christian metal band called Power Bottom Healer. We mostly did covers of POD and Twisted Sister.

What is being a tank like for gamers?

[-] SolarMonkey@slrpnk.net 21 points 1 week ago

Bdsm sub.

They take the pain but are in control of the situation (if done correctly).

[-] PlzGivHugs@sh.itjust.works 9 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago)

A soft top/sub top.

[-] FrostyCaveman@lemm.ee 5 points 1 week ago

Tanks, being de facto leaders, are tops. Inexperienced tanks are often insecure due to it being a high pressure role, which I guess makes them like soft boi tops or something. Experienced ones are either raging assholes or fatherly and wise. The latter is like a silver daddy I guess LOL

This is a meme for 12 year old boys who think the way they like to press buttons is somehow being the top. We're apes staring at a screen and smacking buttons for dopamine hits. No more, no less.

[-] 5715@feddit.org 3 points 1 week ago

There was a sub about that, they had slutty anime healers

[-] TwoBeeSan@lemmy.world 4 points 1 week ago
