probably the one i was thinking about, if you go on one of those mekong pak ou kayaking tours from LPB they often stop at the waterfall tourist trap on the way back to town and then you get to look at sad bears
The bears were very sad and in basically dog kennels. Like, a box just big enough to hold the bear. It was horrendous.
