Making kill lists of foreign heads of state. Normal country things

[-] Vaggumon@lemm.ee 35 points 1 year ago

I mean, it sounds pretty normal actually. I 100% guarantee the US has a list.

[-] nat_turner_overdrive@hexbear.net 61 points 1 year ago

"But the US does it" isn't really making a case for it being normal. America is the most bloodthirsty nation on the planet, of course we have kill lists.

The FBI has its most wanted list, plus their private kill list

The NSA, CIA, DHS, DOD also have kill lists

Every military engagement the U.S. has entered in the last 100 years has had kill lists

I'm probably missing a few agencies and their shit

It's like Wild West times, only I can't buy cocaine and a Gatling gun off the corner store

[-] RedBear@hexbear.net 30 points 1 year ago

This is hosted by the CIA so I don't know whether it's Ukraine's list or America's.

[-] FlakesBongler@hexbear.net 21 points 1 year ago

A little of column A and a little of column B

[-] ProxyTheAwesome@hexbear.net 22 points 1 year ago

It’s one thing to have a list of low level civvies to kill, it’s quite another to have a publicly available kill list that includes heads of state

[-] emizeko@hexbear.net 18 points 1 year ago

too good for kill lists, America has a disposition matrix

[-] RyanGosling@hexbear.net 18 points 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago)

How could China do this?

U.S. officials speaking to The Washington Post seemed "confident that they have devised an approach that is so bureaucratically, legally and morally sound that future administrations will follow suit".

How is this any different than Nazi and Japanese scientists obscuring their serial killer tendencies with scientific jargon and processes at the camps?

I really want to see someone with the balls to make a Nightstalker-esque movie about some lanyard prick

I don't know why but I find his address being listed as just "Pyongyang" funny

That's how you know their secrecy and paranoia is working

Peacemakers

Yeah we want to murder people looking to end the war ukkkraine

[-] FlakesBongler@hexbear.net 31 points 1 year ago

We can totally win guys, we just have to throw wave after wave of conscripts to bury the enemy with our dead! ukkkraine

[-] zifnab25@hexbear.net 31 points 1 year ago

Once all our enemies are dead, we'll have a 1000 year long... uh... peace.

[-] boiledfrog@hexbear.net 41 points 1 year ago

Wait the pope? Imagine Ukraine starting a new holy war lmao

[-] TerminalEncounter@hexbear.net 29 points 1 year ago

It's weird because the more pro EU/NATO side is western and way more catholic lmao. The eastern side is more orthodox

[-] boiledfrog@hexbear.net 25 points 1 year ago

They should get a new anti-pope

[-] FlakesBongler@hexbear.net 24 points 1 year ago

I picture the Anti-Pope as a skateboarding 20-something with a gun in one hand, a vape pen in the other and he's doing a kick flip off a flaming ramp

[-] Thordros@hexbear.net 19 points 1 year ago

Unfortunately, after he takes a huge drag off his vape, he says, "Bruuuhhhhhh, did you know that Stalin, like, killed his own people. Ya boi Adolf heezy didn't do that. Check out my sick Norse rune ink! "

It would be the one thing I could see to get the pro-uke westerners to turn against them

So I wish them all the best in their efforts to try

[-] TheGamingLuddite@hexbear.net 40 points 1 year ago

The guys with the journalist kill list are going to take defeat in battle really well I think 👍

uncritical support for the DPRK in its heroic struggle to liberate occupied Korea from the genocidal American empire

[-] JoeByeThen@hexbear.net 35 points 1 year ago

Eww. Rude. kim-drip

[-] RyanGosling@hexbear.net 33 points 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago)

An attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

I can’t believe I never realized this. Kim isn’t trying to build nukes to unite Korea. He’s trying to build rockets to fly soldiers to Ukraine and annex it as West Korea

[-] edge@hexbear.net 33 points 1 year ago

In August 2022, Arestovych announced that he plans to run for the presidency of Ukraine if Volodymyr Zelenskyy does not run for a second terms.

In October 2022, the site also added Oleksii Arestovych, an Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine to its list.

Just for implying that the 2024 election might happen and saying if Zelenskyy decides not to run, they added this guy to their kill list. A then Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President.

Why is Steven seagal on that list lmao

[-] FlakesBongler@hexbear.net 28 points 1 year ago

He's big on Russia since they don't make him pay taxes

[-] ProxyTheAwesome@hexbear.net 21 points 1 year ago

Steven Seagal is an international diplomat now who goes around giving swords to Maduro and hanging out with Putin. He actually rules

damn I was waiting for someone to bring up myrotvorets on here. Be very careful browsing that site, a lot of gore and other reactionary filth. The fascists in ukraine will put literally ANYBODY on a kill list, including former supporters who started to talk shit or criticize them slightly. I remember joking with people about the "myrotvorets any% speedrun" for american liberals who say something like "ok maybe there are a couple of nazis in ukraine BUT"

[-] TerminalEncounter@hexbear.net 25 points 1 year ago

Do they happen to have who-must-go on their list?

[-] drhead@hexbear.net 18 points 1 year ago

On 15 April 2018, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's name was added to the website.

Wait are you suggesting that the state of Ukraine has publicly stated their intention to assassinate the Pope? Really

[-] edge@hexbear.net 32 points 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago)

It’s “not state run” and “not a kill list”, officially. It’s definitely a private project and the government definitely doesn’t use it to determine who to kill.

In April 2015, Myrotvorets published the home addresses of Ukrainian writer Oles Buzina and former Verkhovna Rada parliamentarian Oleg Kalashnikov, just days before they were assassinated.

Totally not a kill list.

Gonna need some incredible firepower to do anything to him on his armoured train lol.

[-] AOCapitulator@hexbear.net 19 points 1 year ago

I would have come up with a much less funny list of people to put on the kill list if I was in charge

[-] M68040@hexbear.net 17 points 1 year ago

What if there was Myrotvorets but it was Myrot-vore-ts and they specifically cannibalized Steven Seagal

[-] Evilphd666@hexbear.net 16 points 1 year ago
