My SOs homemade pizza this evening with goats cheese, 'nduja and a drizzle of honey.

Also had a homemade pizza tonight. My wife does a magical sourdough crust and we had one that sat in the fridge extra long. We were just cleaning out the fridge with the toppings tonight, so some Italian sausage, onions, and kalamata olives, and the end of some romano and Parmesan with the last of the puttanesca sauce.

Definitely recommending your toppings combo for the next round! Did you drizzle the honey before or after the oven?

The honey went on after.

Me and the wife made awesome fish tacos and mango salsa earlier.

I just had a beef bowl from the Ramen joint my spouse and I discovered a couple weeks ago. It was awesome. Also a great seaweed salad app. Just to go full on, I picked up some watermelon Ramune soda and some teriyaki mochi at the store too. Didn't plan on a full Japanese cuisine evening but I'm glad it happened.

Good to hear you're all enjoying your meals today.

I enjoyed the open faced salami, Swiss, brown mustard sandwiches I just made. I’d have used the Limburger instead, but I ate that on its own last night

[-] apotheotic@beehaw.org 2 points 5 months ago

Good thing it wasn't a succulent Chinese meal or you'd be arrested

The Fondue party one New Years Eve was cheesy chocolatey goodness. And a few days before, Indochine in Wilmington was fantastic!

[-] DrSleepless@lemmy.world 1 points 5 months ago

Going for sushi hopefully that

[-] Kolanaki@yiffit.net 1 points 5 months ago

I had waffles with chocolate syrup instead of maple because I started making them before I saw we were out of syrup.

It was actually pretty good though.
