I get the role Twitter plays in neofascist propaganda, but Trump didn't win this election through mass mobilization of his own base (he himself actually had 3 million less voters than in 2020), he won because of mass demobilization among potential Democrat voters. Everybody was pissed at the Dems after 4 years of doing fuck all for their constituents and that made droves of people not bother going to the ballot box - mostly people who feel they have nothing to lose under Trump and couldn't be blackmailed into voting for a lesser evil, which is the actual reason turnout among white men was so shit for Kamala.
