No one mentioning the OG carrier killer from the USSR, the P-700 Bazalt? Sad.

They had swarming capability in the 1970s!

Are we ever going to find out why Russia put an entire army on a single highway, then slowly drove towards kiev for days?

This happened in every war since mechanization. Google "Sedan traffic jam 1940", it happened to the goddamn Wehrmacht in the OG Blitzkrieg. Largest traffic in history, maybe.

Lately we have the US stuck Nasiriyah for days until they sorted out the situation. Don't blame this on Ruzzia because of some Putler insanity. Kiev was threatened right from the first day when the VDV took Hostomel.

Part of a general attempt to integrate with the EU (EU doesn't want them, interestingly enough) and that requires consent manufacturing.

Why would they, Ukraine was the poorest and most corrupt country in all of Yurope. That was before the war. This is like admitting Bolivia to NAFTA. It's just a whole slew of problems waiting to happen. The EU doesn't even want to admit Serbia or Turkey, which are like 3x richer (per capita).

As long as he gets out of Ukraine in the end he's going to be fine.

Well, that's what Petljura thought. "okay finally got out of the Ukraine, man Paris sure is nice..."
