Ich hab grade mal reingeschaut: Im Landesforstgesetz für NRW steht nicht drin, dass du keinen Stock entnehmen darfst. Aber Rauchen im Wald ist von März bis Oktober eine Ordnungswidrigkeit und kann mit bis zu 25.000€ Strafe belegt werden.
Wenn man vor 10 Jahren das erste mal repariert hätte, wären es 3 Wochen gewesen und dann noch mal 3 Wochen und dann noch mal 3 Wochen alle Paar Jahre mal. Aber dafür bräuchten die Straßenmeistereien und demzufolge die Kommunen und die Länder für die sie arbeiten personal und Budget.
Hamwa nicht, kriegen wa auch nicht mehr rein.
Infrastruktur braucht ja auch keiner. Wer will schon nach Südwestfalen oder ins Sauerland...

I agree that people should stop using twitter and if nobody used it, it would stop being relevant. But it still is relevant at this point. We've put a big piece of our "interaction infrastructure" in the hands of a small number of maniacs. If those maniacs misbehave, they need to be punished.
Just nationalize twitter and be done with it.

Be patient. Most peppers take ages to ripen. Especially capsicum baccatum.
It's not uncommon for me to start harvesting in late September. If your clinate is not tropical and you don't have a greenhouse that is to be expected.
