Can't help but feel the creation of a hard right organisation is a natural out come of an invasion of your territory

Question about the numbers generated. As i understand it, ~50% of republican voters were in favour of the measure where republicans make up one third of the population. So this means 15% of the US population is in favour of the measure? Is that right?

Australia doesn't have the first amendment because we aren't the US. We do however think that if you want to talk shit and start fights, we have the legal right to tell you to calm the fuck down with extreme prejudice, see exhibit a.

Negative prices are an opportunity and people will take advantage. This would be the perfect time to change batteries, make hydrogen, send compressed air into an old mine or refill a dam

They're also launching a pre-emptive invasion, so they can't be declaring war. It's just defence in shallow

Buckle up, here in Australia, every couple of years a political party has the bright idea of damming water in Australia's tropical north and pumping it across 1000km of desert to Australia's farmland regions

As an Aussie I didn't get this joke, we just get up and pay

I work in an underground mine and sometimes when I'm waiting for someone to come pick me up, I torn my cap lamp off and sit on a rock. It's the darkest dark you can imagine. No shadows, no pin pricks of light just your thoughts. All you can hear is the sound of moving air and the occasionally the rock moving.

It's genuinely peaceful and so so relaxing. Definitely had some philosophical moments down there

Honestly I'm fine with this. We have so many old mines in a completely tectonically stable environment away from the water table as well as a few remote locations to serve as ports. They just better pay us
