1: All my decks are sorta vanilla. I guess the weirdest would be my Turbofog pauper deck

2: Friend of mine has a Commander deck built around voting and giving himself extra votes. He calls it "Democracy Manifest."

3: I want to make a Commander deck with an abstract theme, and then I found out the artist behind a lot of cards in Boros colors is named Zoltan Boros. It'd ultimately be a Brion Stoutarm Fling deck, which I also want to make, but if I make Boros by Boros, I can kill 2 birds with one stone.

1: I play a lot of Pioneer (because it encapsulates basically every set I played) and Commander because it's what everybody plays. However, I've recently been enjoying Pauper more. The People's Format.

2: Arcades, The Strategist + A Fuckload of Defenders + Tower Defense

Alternately, any Lotus Field Combo.

Yeah but it didn't have the same connotations in 1998

I mean have you played Fallout Tactics? It's arguably the start of Fallout games requiring mods to make them even remotely playable.

The Lute Hero and Madrigal Band games support plastic ones. You'll need an electric one for Lutesmith.

Yaoi is the sound Goofy makes when he gets hurt.

I remember watching the Screwattack news team getting smaller and smaller because they kept getting e3 invites and eventually they just moved production into a hotel room because it was easier to do it there.

I feel like they've probably all had sex scandals in the intervening years, but I didn't know that at the time.

Nice story, tell it to reader's digest!

I guess the real difference is racist comic book fans didn't have an internationally accessible platform

Legend has it there was a crossover recording with them that predates Coltrane/Hartman by a good 40 years but all the wax cylinders were lost in a fire.

Yeah but people aren't going to read 300+ page novels to understand the lore of M:TG, they want to have it explained in an entertaining way over the course of about 2 hours.

Also, The Thran would be awesome as a movie. Hell, I'd even go see a stage production of The Thran.
