Honestly, I see that as a win

I apologize for the late reply, the other commenter is correct as well, Bazzite comes out of the box in desktop mode, if you've ever used plasma before, it's a lot like that. For .exe programs I use wine, and haven't had that let me down yet for the most part. Im fairly certain Bazzite does use flatpaks, but it does also have also Discover baked in.

Honestly, I compare it strongly to using the steam deck desktop mode.

Or you can be sane, and use Bazzite

I'll add on to this, they got a massive partnership with Foxconn, and then Foxconn basically screwed them on it.

*Basically sold themselves to Foxconn

I found that there is a branch called Bazzite that is essentially Steam OS for desktop, I've been using it for a few months now with four monitors and no major hiccups.

Probably not the first choice of manufacture, but credit where it's due and BYD is making waves with The Seagull

The Steam Deck and it's desktop mode is why I decided to try jumping head first into a single boot of Bazzite on my main computer, 4 months in and I haven't looked back, even PDF's are better in linux, no Adobe iron grip.

Why would anybody in their right mind not have full coverage with a shitbox car? It's kinda the whole point.

I find Enterprise isn't bad for the most part, just don't bring up the final episode.

The largest military on the planet is being spread thin... What are you smoking?

It's the same thing that happened to Toy's R Us, a group of investors bought the company using the same sort of deal, then they couldn't pay it back and poof, no more Toy's R Us.
