Its been proven that society puts more worth on attractive people. Blaming vanity is to an extent victim blaming. But, that's not to dismiss vanity completely, because to an extent, I do agree that a fair amount is done by already attractive people out of vanity.

Overall, as someone who has had cosmetic surgery, the boost it gave to my confidence was irreplaceable.

It is sorta, it started about 13 years ago with The Starry Expanse, a bunch of people who started building Riven in a 3D engine, at some point Cyan started collaborating with them and finally took over the project completely.

I'm a rock climber and it just seems really cool, also I'm sure it's some cool multi pitch climbing involved
