I've been getting logged out a lot too. It seems to happen after Hexbear is having server issues.
I was thinking "Mr. Pizza Hut" was some kind of mascot(which I guess gorby kinda is). It made sense to me because there was a Nintendo game with the Domino's mascot.
Gave my friends some phone calls and told them I love them cause they are my friends. It was weird cause one of them thought i was gonna do something bad, and it made me realize that maybe I should ease into something like that next time.
That's wonderful. I need to do more of that with my family
Qanon has some really creative lore. Like JFK Jr faking his own death and having plastic surgery to avoid being assassinated like his dad, only to come back and help Trump defeat the deep state.
It's accurate in describing how Google ranks pages, but it's been doing most of these things for ages. They are crawling everything AFAIK, but many pages get ranked so low that they don't show up in search results.
Part of the problem is that there's a whole industry of SEO(search engine optimization) firms that game the various algorithms Google uses to rank pages, making their clients higher in the search results. Which makes it harder for small blogs and non commercial sites to break through.
That's not to let Google off the hook, they're a monopoly that doesn't need to care about the quality of search. In fact it's in their financial interest to make search worse. They'll do better if it takes you more than one search to find what you're looking for, because you'll view more ads. They can also sell more ads if search is doing a poor job, because sometimes it's cheaper to buy ads than do SEO.
I saw a Tesla stan say it turns off all of the driver assist sensors/cameras/automatic headlamps because the water spraying around makes it go haywire, but I'm not sure if that's true. They also said other manufacturers have a similar setting, but I doubt that. My car Honda has ADAS similar to what a Cybertruck has(adaptive cruise/lane keep assist) and it's fine in a car wash and has no car wash setting.
Dynalink DL-WRX36 is a good bargain right now. ~$80, WiFi 6 support, good specs, especially for the money, solid WiFi range. It's not the easiest(nor hardest) to install OpenWRT on, but anyone going the OpenWRT route should be prepared for some Googling, fiddling and forum reading anyway.
I've been using PIA because they were the cheapest on a 3 year plan. It works out to around $2 a month. It's not the best because you need to use their app or some other workaround to get port forwarding to work, but it was the cheapest last time I looked.
I use it with the binhex/qbittorrentVPN docker container on my homeserver, it automatically connects and configures the port forwarding to make uploading work, it's a pretty complicated setup but once it's setup it works flawlessly.
Some will need to die during a revolution, but I'm not supporting revolution for vengeance, I want change. It's not that it makes me squeamish, or that I'm not angry enough, it's that killing only for retribution is wrong in my opinion.
The boox readers appear to be the best because they have a full android rom, but they're expensive. My experience with Kobo has been bad, I've had 3 devices fail for various reasons even though they're quite a bit more expensive than Kindle.
I've since switched to a refurbished Kindle Oasis, which is a great piece of hardware for the money. Top notch screen, light, great form factor, real buttons that are well placed. It's got the stupid Amazon ecosystem, but I don't pay for books, so it doesn't bother me, I just don't use it. They still give you an email address so you can easily send books from calibre without needing to plug it in.
