hey nice job that's really hard to do!
oh those sound good! I developed a nightshade intolerance when i caught covid and can't do tomatoes and hot sauce anymore 🥲. I used to ferment my own hot sauce i loved it sooo much i truly miss it. Will have to pick up nutritional yeast i have been putting braggs on everything but i like the yeast haven't had it in a long time.
Been looking for more lentil and chick pea ideas going to try that one soon!
we can totally do this! What's something healthy you're going to make?
good job on the handstand pushup that's quite difficult!

have you tried the steel cut/irish style oats? serious gourmet shit and worth the long cooking times.
Miso paste is really good in oatmeal too and you only need a tiny amount so it lasts forever.
that's a good idea i should do an unfinished project inventory!
getting proper amounts of fiber is a game changer for real. Just trying to hit high numbers without supplements practically forces you to eat more whole foods!
I try to eat as much avocado as I can afford it's the most delicious high fiber ingredient that goes with almost everything.
aww :/ fun while it lasted!
it's a little sappy but Chappel Roan's Red Wine Supernova is what finally broke through my thick skull and cracked my egg 7 or so months ago. Specifically the line about standing there in gogo boots and a short skirt waiting for a pretty girl to bite on you. I kept listening to it over over and i just thought it was neat and then this lightbulb went off and i realized oh hey i want that to be me. I'm the girl in the skirt wanting to be bit!
